Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across the entire United Arab Emirates from our workshop in Abu Dhabi.

1. Delivery Areas

We ship to all seven Emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

2. Shipping Options

Standard Delivery

• Timeline: 2–3 business days
• Available: All Emirates
• Cost: Free on all orders

Express Delivery

• Timeline: Next business day
• Available: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah
• Cost: Free on all orders

Same-Day Delivery

• Timeline: Same day (for orders placed before 2 PM)
• Available: Abu Dhabi only
• Cost: Free on all orders

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation and tracking information via WhatsApp or email.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for all orders across the UAE. There are no additional COD surcharges. Please have the exact amount ready upon delivery.

5. Custom Orders (1971 · Make)

Custom-made products have variable production timelines depending on the complexity and quantity of your order. Estimated delivery will be communicated during the quoting process via WhatsApp. Standard custom orders are typically ready within 3–7 business days after design approval.

6. Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., no one available to receive the package), our delivery partner will attempt redelivery on the next business day. After two unsuccessful attempts, the order will be returned to our workshop and we will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange an alternative delivery.
