Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GST) on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Partner
All deliveries are handled by our logistics partner. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery (COD) is available across the UAE at no additional charge. Payment is collected at the time of delivery.
